The Preserve is located on Egypt Pike in a rural area 3 miles northwest of Chillicothe, a wonderful place to build a country home. Hiking trails and abundant wildlife are available outside your front door.

Egypt Pike is an arterial roadway leading to State Routes 35 and 23. Metropolitan Columbus, Dayton and Marietta can be accessed without any traffic signals.

The Preserve is only 2 miles from the Union-Scioto school complex serving grades K-12. Union-Scioto is noted for academic excellence and sports activity.

Another area asset: It’s just about an hour drive to the world-class academic, cultural, and sports attractions of Columbus and Ohio State University.
